The hotel's central location was mind-blowing, with easy access to fantastic restaurants and shopping. The helpful staff upgraded us to a suite with 2 bathrooms, and the lobby's historic atmosphere was super. Plus, the rooftop restaurant and nearby bars were jaw-dropping!

Every time we visit Los Angeles, we make sure to stay at The Biltmore. The staff at the reception desk and parking attendants are friendly and attentive. The hotel is in a great location in Los Angeles, right by Pershing Square and a red line subway station, open 24 hours. The lobby bar is amazing.

Spacious rooms and the amenities are top-notch. The location is super convenient, just a short stroll from downtown and the subway. And don't even get me started on the awesome drinks at the lobby bar! 🍹

As a senior woman, I greatly appreciated the accessibility of the hotel's general areas, with spacious and well-lit corridors, comfortable seating areas, and convenient amenities for relaxation. The indoor swimming pool's serene atmosphere was a delightful retreat, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring downtown Los Angeles.

I would only ask for more assistance for senior people from the staff's children.

The location was particularly good and unbeatable, just next door to such a historic landmark, downtown, and entertainment venues, and the Microsoft center. The staff was supper friendly and amazingly friendly and provided superb service. Had a reasonably large room with a window facing the interior for a really nice stay.

the biltmore nails cleanliness and the central location. it's close to nowhere on par with the savoy and ritz. bonus: tons of local insights. miranda in reservations was a standout gem - providing excellent service.
